Angmering Tropics

The Tropics are a NFP basketball club operating out of Angmering High School. Currently with two senior local league teams. The club has recently started junior sessions too, with a focus on girls sessions for ages 11-14.

East Grinstead Flyers

EG Flyers brings people together through basketball in East Grinstead and surrounding areas. Currently focused on Senior Men's basketball, the club hopes to create more opportunities for young players.

Haywards Heath Panthers

Panthers are a growing adult basketball club in Haywards Heath, focused on making competitive basketball more accessible in Mid Sussex. They are always keen to hear from new players and value the benefits the sport can have on peoples wellbeing.

Shoreham Spartans

Spartans are a community based club for ages 6+ with 1-2 teams in each league age group. Their ethos is one of inclusion and development at the grassroots level, feeding into nearby national league clubs.

Worthing Thunder & Bears offers junior local league basketball in addition to their Senior National League divisions. Aiming to give young people the chance to learn, improve and enjoy the game.

Brighton Cougars

Brighton Cougars offers basketball for ages 6+ up to adults in both the local and national leagues, aiming to make basketball accessible while promoting community involvement, teamwork and inclusion.

Eastbourne Neptunes

Neptunes are a community club in Eastbourne providing entry-level junior - competitive youth and senior basketball. Their focus is on player development, competition and creating a positive club culture.

Horsham Hawks

Horsham Hawks is a local league club developing basketball in Horsham. Hawks have teams from ages 8+, including two men's teams and a women’s team and they  aim to create a fun, diverse and competitive environment for players to thrive in.

Raptors are a community that promotes the participation of women and seniors in basketball, offering an inclusive and welcoming environment and operating out of Lancing College.

Brighton Phoenix

Basketball in Brighton for children aged 6+, developing young players and women who want to train, play and compete. Young players can learn the basics, build confidence and develop their skills in a supportive club environment.

Haywards Heath Eagles

Haywards Heath Eagles is a friendly club based in Mid Sussex. The club has teams competing in the Basketball Sussex League from U10s through to U16s. The club aims to achieve excellence and inclusion through hard work, team work and smart basketball.

Based in Hastings and St Leonards, Tigers' teams are dedicated to supporting and encouraging players of all ages to embrace their love of basketball and improve their skills.

Worthing D&D

Worthing D&D is a volunteer-run community club, started in 1989. Offering a fun, safe place for juniors and seniors to play, train and compete. Participation and individual development come first at D&D.
